I have no idea what is happening here, it looks like some kind of ceremony at Conisborough Castle? There is no caption or makers name on the postcard but it is franked 'Rotherham 1905' - any ideas would be wonderful.

A nice view, its captioned 'CONISBRO CASTLE' but luckily (?) the castle is not visible on this view.
